How the cohort experience works:
We provide training, technical assistance, and “real life” application concepts using the OrG Readiness (TM) program and frameworks.

What you’ll focus on:
Core Documents, Nonprofit Fundamentals , Mission and Vision: Is your organization compliant with state and federal guidelines? Are essential policies in place to govern and guide? Do your mission and vision reflect the full organizational intent?
Governance and Board Structure: Is your organization/governance model at “start, scale or sustain” stage? Is your board set up to support and grow with the organization? What can you enhance on your board and structure to better support your organization?
Organizational Maintenance: Do you know what needs to be done each year at your annual review? When should the annual review happen?
What you'll do:
Work on YOUR organization during live sessions
Tackle key components you’ve likely delayed
Recieve personalized support via office hours
